Things to consider:
- How easy it is to get between outdoor pitches/courts and changing rooms?
- Consider how you will teach - e.g. will all the courts need to be in the same location for group teaching?
- Consider a balance of accessibility and security of provision.
- Will there be any loss of playing fields as part of the process?
- If so, there needs to be good evidence of an improvement in provision such as upgrading to All Weather Pitch with floodlights as this will increase usability.

Don't forget storage of grounds maintenance equipment.
Don't forget you may need to draw up a plan for alternative provision
whilst building works are taking place - consider use of nearby schools,
local authority playing fields and local sports centres. Build in time
for travelling to and from the temporary facilities.
